Order Processing

At Frost Buddy, we begin preparing your order for shipment within 1-3 business days after placement. Please note that our processing operates on regular business days, so orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.

Shipping Costs

Orders within the United States totaling over $70 qualify for free shipping.
For purchases under $70, shipping fees are calculated during checkout and displayed before you complete your order.

Delivery Timeframes

After your package ships, it typically takes 3-7 business days for domestic delivery. Actual transit times may vary based on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout.

Tracking Your Order

Once your shipment is dispatched and the carrier label is created, Frost Buddy will email you a tracking number. This allows you to monitor your package’s journey.

If the tracking information shows your package was delivered but you have not received it, please allow 1-2 days for carriers to update status or for delivery to be completed.

Address Accuracy and Reshipment

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before submitting your order. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we may reship it upon request; however, additional shipping fees will apply for these reshipments.

Lost Packages and Customer Support

If your package does not arrive within a few days after the tracking status shows delivered, please contact Frost Buddy through our contact page. We will investigate the issue and, if the package is confirmed lost, arrange a replacement or refund.
